Hello again! Our son has hit 3 weeks old and is still doing so amazing! He's getting full feeds several times a day and is even gaining weight most days! He's up to 1 pound and 2.2 ounces.
I can’t wait to see the update when you bring him home! He’s a fighter!
You’ve got a tough little dude. Take care!
are you talking about a pneumothorax? My son had one It healed by itself. he was a 38 week baby and spent 10 days in nicu.
Glad to hear good news.
Our daycare/ preschool uses an app to communicate with parents throughout the day (tomorrow is "wear yellow" day, there are wet clothes in her cubby from playground puddles, that sort of thing) and I love when they send pictures and notes. Seeing the notification pop up on my phone while I'm at work really lifts my spirits!
When I first went back to work in April (after a year of WFH) I literally cried. Baby was six months but it was the longest stretch of time I’d been away from her.
Keep these updates coming. You're doing great, by the way.
Congrats man. My daughter was a one pounder 25 weeks. She's huge now. I know how hard it can be hang in there
So glad you're updating us still!!!
I was thinking about your family yesterday! So happy to read positive updates!!
Hey OP, just popping in to say I thought of you and your lil guy this morning! Can’t wait to (hopefully) see your update tomorrow. This internet stranger/mom is keeping your family in my thoughts. <3
Hello! Thank you so much for thinking of him. He's doing great still and bigger than ever. Today is his one month birthday and my wife is going to get a picture of him "celebrating" it for me to post in just a few hours. Thanks again and have a good one!
You can do it little dude!!!
Awesome to hear he’s getting bigger. Please keep us up to date . You have me emotionally invested in your story now haha . Cheers man. Stay strong!
Get it, C!
So cool about his vitals improving when you held him! He knows he's got some very loving parents.
YES!!!!! this is so awesome to see!
Thrilled to hear things are going well. :-)
