I can support that.
Do planks on your elbows, for as long as you can(but no more than about 60 seconds)or at least 10 seconds. Don't forget to do side planks, so: 10-60s elbow plank 10-60s side elbow plank(for each side) In total, no more than 3 minutes. Once you can do them all for 60 seconds easily, do regular planks. Then do 'em on your knuckles, maybe even with one arm, but just remember you won't plank for one week then do a one finger one arm plank for 60 hours, lol.
