Bought my Tacoma for a fraction of the price it’s worth due to the scratches, minor dents and imperfections, and I’ve grown to prefer it that way. Anyone else feel this way? - 2009 Tacoma-4x4-5spd manual-2.7L 4 cylinder

Absolutely, i picked up my 2001 with some minor dings and peeling clear coat for only $3k. Mechanically everything works 100% Ice cold AC no leaks or CEL.

What makes vehicles safe is brakes. Minor dings happen anyway. Smart

Yep, that’s how I prefer my cars. It’s a headache trying to keep a car perfect. I bought my Tacoma with a couple dents and that’s the way I’ve kept it!

And you’ll be more relaxed when it, inevitably, picks up some more minor bumps or scratches.

I got scratches and hail damage.. idc.. but am worried about some fading paint.. I might need to do something about that.

Nope. Bought my '15 with 0 miles on it off the lot. Every scratch, dent, imperfection, or mod has my name on it and I know the story behind it. I'd rather it this way.

I had purchased a hail damaged Toyota Tacoma that I fixed up. Car ran perfectly without issue for waaaay less than a perfect one. Don’t care about dings, as long as the mechanicals are good.
